Service center

Items marked "Available" on our website are generally in our warehouse and are ready to be shipped within a few working days. Please note that these items are not found in our Showroom in Spoleto, so it is not possible to purchase them on site.
The items marked with the item "On order" have close to the expected date of arrival at our warehouse. This date is indicative and may vary depending on the availability of the item manufacturer.
You can change your billing or delivery address and payment method up to a few days before shipping. If you wish to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible. You can find our contact details and service times in the Contact .
We use your personal data to keep you updated on the status of your order and give you the necessary information regarding payment and delivery. You can find detailed information in the Data Protection Declaration
You can check the status of your order using the Track Order the My Account section
Orders are visible only if placed after registration. If you have not registered before placing your order, we will notify you via email about the status, upon departure of the goods you will receive an email with the tracking number.
As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking code and the expected delivery date. From the moment of shipment, we no longer have any influence on the delivery times. For further information, enter your tracking code in the relevant BARTOLINI search section, in some cases you will be able to independently select a different delivery date. You can pay by credit card, debit card and by bank transfer. In many countries we also offer the PayPal service. You can select your preferred payment method as the last step in the online order placement process. For more information, see the Payments .
For one of these 3 reasons:
– Your bank has not yet authorized 3D Secure 2 authentication*
– The credit card security check failed on your order
– The payment exceeds your credit card limits

In any case, please contact your bank for further assistance.

Note: for all credit card payments, data is transmitted using the 3D Secure 2 authentication procedure, to comply with the regulations in force in Italy PSD2* (European Payment Services Directive).
