REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If there has been damage to the product caused by transport, return it and it will be returned to you new.
Request a replacement in 4 simple steps:
- Register your return by clicking on the request form link below.
Attach photos of the external packaging where it is clearly visible from all sides,
Attach photos of the shipping label for each package,
Attach photos of the damaged items.
- Wait for confirmation to start the return procedure . For returns from non-EU countries, we will send you further information regarding customs clearance.
- Pack the received items safely in the original packaging, apply the shipping label to the box and attach the completed return request.

- Receive a refund of the amount paid, which will be applied as soon as we have received and processed your return.
- If the items not damaged, but you want to return them as a change of heart, read more detailed information here.
- If you have received a visibly damaged box, by accepting it without placing a specific reservation , you have exempted the carrier and the sender from any liability and you cannot be refunded.
- If you have received an intact box with one or more damaged products inside, you can request a replacement within 8 working days.
